Led UX research and design for complex B2B SaaS tools, created a design system to unify products, and independently managed and designed large-scale product features. I also worked directly with product and engineering teams to develop reusable, user-friendly design patterns in multiple coding languages.
Launched Acquia’s accessible design strategy, setting a new standard for prioritizing inclusive design at every stage of the PDLC. Led and co-published our first-ever accessibility conformance report, elevating the topic of accessibility, securing increased resources for auditing additional products, and directly influencing the inclusion of accessibility as one of the top three company-wide priorities in 2024.
Built and maintained a design system for the product, website, and marketing materials. I created wireframes and prototypes for theater- and artist-facing interfaces, supporting the organization’s mission to connect local theater artists with directors and opportunities.

Supported graphic, architectural, interior, and urban design projects through all phases, from concept to construction. My role included generating ideas, creating technical drawings, leading client presentations, and coordinating communication between clients and teams.

Collaborated with developers and the client support team to build, maintain, and enhance an online summer camp management system used by camps worldwide. I conducted post-release evaluations to improve usability and personalization while fostering meaningful client relationships through research and direct communication.
